Monthly decision forum: 90-minute session, hot-seat rotation, written session memo per month capturing the decision and its walk-away conditions. Access to the full redacted memo library. 3-month minimum. Founding cohort convenes October 2026.
- **The Advisory Seat** — $7,500/mo. Four seats. Private one-to-one counsel with Shawn between Table sessions. 3-month minimum.
- **Operating Partner** — By invitation. Scoped per mandate: interim leadership, carve-outs, transactions, and special situations. Priced and structured to the engagement.
